REFUND POLICY

To obtain a refund you must take reasonable care of the goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge based on the condition of the goods.

You have a right of return of goods, in case of non-compliance or in case of form screws. We will refund using the same method of payment as the one you used to pay the transaction.

Initial and return shipping charges will be at your expense.

The nonconformity of the products received as well as the deterioration of products (breakage) during the shipping will be treated by the  customer service on a case by case basis.

It is not possible to refund made-to-order items unless you cancel in accordance with your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations or they are faulty or not as described, in which case we may ask to review the goods through an independent inspection before a refund is given. Your consumer rights are not affected.

The notification of the retraction is made by email.

In this case, the seller is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer within 10 working days from the date of return of the goods or the renunciation of the service.

The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The customer must return the property before receiving his money.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Return costs at your expense.
